Description of studies
Studies in the field of first-cycle administration prepare a graduate to take up employment in central and local government administration entities and in non-public institutions. During the education process, the graduate acquires advanced knowledge of administration, enriched with legal, social and economic knowledge necessary in professional work. Graduates are prepared to undertake second-cycle studies and continue their lifelong learning.
After completing the education in the fourth semester, the student chooses one of the two optional modules included in the study program. The optional module covers a group of subjects which offer the possibility of acquiring advanced knowledge, skills and specialized professional competences. Optional module 1 includes subjects related to the specificity, principles and rules of operation of local government units. Module 2 includes subjects related to widely understood tasks of administration in the area of economy.
